Pre-Event Brief
We review the event schedule, priority moments, key speakers and attendees, sponsor requirements, and the deliverable expectations. We assign shooters based on event size and coverage needs.

Day-Of Coverage
On-site from load-in to close. We work unobtrusively — getting the shots without disrupting the flow of the event. Multi-shooter coverage for larger events ensures nothing is missed.

Same-Day Selects (if applicable)
During natural breaks in coverage, we cull and edit the day's best images for same-day delivery — available before the event closes or within a few hours of wrap.

Post-Production
Full gallery editing and color correction, highlight reel assembly and sound design, interview clip editing. We deliver to your timeline — standard is 48 hours for photography, 5–7 days for video.

Online gallery organized by moment and category, video files in multiple formats, and all raw files archived and available for the duration of your engagement.

How many photographers/videographers will you send?
Depends on event size and coverage goals. A single shooter can handle a 50-person corporate event. A 500-person conference typically needs 2–3 photographers and a dedicated video crew. We scope crew size based on what you actually need covered.
Can we get footage on the same day for social media?
Yes — same-day selects are available as an add-on for any coverage package. We deliver 20–40 edited images within hours of the event. For video, we can deliver short social clips same-day when that's scoped in advance.
Do you cover events outside the Gulf South?
We're based in New Orleans and primarily cover Louisiana and surrounding states, but we travel for the right project. Travel costs are added to the quote for out-of-market events.
What's included in the highlight reel?
A 90-second to 3-minute edited video capturing the energy and key moments of the day — keynote excerpts, crowd reaction, activation moments, atmosphere. Music licensed for commercial use. Delivered in web, social, and broadcast formats.
Do you provide raw files?
Raw (unedited) files are available on request. We deliver fully edited files as the standard — but if you have in-house post-production resources, we can structure the delivery around your workflow.
How do we receive the final files?
Online gallery for photos (downloadable in full resolution), video files via download link. We keep the archive accessible for 90 days post-delivery and can arrange longer-term storage on request.
