Event activations hero visual
Recommend: branded installation in action, experiential moment, or sponsor activation at scaleMoments inside
the moment.
Branded experiences, sponsor activations, and interactive installations within your event. We design and produce the moments people stop for, photograph, share, and talk about long after the event ends.
Why it matters
The logo on the banner
nobody photographs.
Sponsorships and exhibits default to signage. Signage gets ignored. Activations get photographed, shared, and remembered — and they give sponsors something to show for the investment beyond a line item on a recap report. When you design for the moment people want to participate in, the content and the conversation follow.

What's included
Concept to capture.
Everything in between.
01
Activation Concept & Design
The idea before the build. We develop activation concepts grounded in your brand, your event audience, and what will actually get people to stop, engage, and share. The best activations aren't just branded — they give people a reason to participate.
- Creative brief & concept development
- Multiple activation directions
- Audience engagement mapping
- Brand integration strategy
- Shareable moment design
02
Fabrication & Production Oversight
From approved concept to physical reality. We manage the design-to-build process — working with fabricators, print vendors, and installers to bring the activation to life on spec, on budget, and on time.
- Vendor sourcing & management
- Fabrication oversight
- Signage & print production
- Installation coordination
- Contingency planning & backup
03
On-Site Management
Activations don't run themselves. We put people on the floor to manage the experience, brief brand ambassadors, handle technical issues, and make sure the activation delivers what it was designed to deliver all day.
- On-site activation manager
- Brand ambassador briefing
- Technical troubleshooting
- Attendee flow management
- Real-time adjustments
04
Content Capture
The activation lives beyond the event through content. We capture photo and video of the activation in action — attendees engaging, the installation at peak, the sponsor moment — formatted for social, press, and post-event reports.
- Event photography of activation
- Video capture & highlights
- Social-ready content edits
- Sponsor deliverable assets
- Post-event activation report
Who we work with
Activations for every
event context.
Event Organizers Adding Sponsor Value
Your sponsors want more than a logo on a banner. Activations give them a branded experience that justifies the investment and creates content they can use. We design activations that make sponsors want to come back next year.
Brands Exhibiting at Trade Shows & Conferences
You have a booth or a sponsorship and you want it to stand out in a sea of identical 10×10 setups. We design the experience that makes your space the one everyone talks about.
Corporate Events with a Brand Story to Tell
Product launches, milestone celebrations, culture events. When the event itself IS the brand statement, the activation is the centerpiece — not an afterthought.
Our approach
Designed to engage.
Built to perform.
Concept
Earn the stop
The best activation isn't the biggest — it's the one people actually engage with. We design around what will genuinely pull someone away from the crowd.
Brand
Unmistakably yours
Every activation decision maps back to brand. The visual language, the interaction, the take-away — all of it reinforces who you are, not just that you were there.
Build
Execute without surprises
Activations have to work on the day, in the space, with the people. We manage the build and the install to eliminate the surprises that kill activations on event day.
Amplify
Make it live beyond the room
A great activation creates content. We capture it, format it, and deliver assets that extend the activation's reach well past the event itself.
How it works
Brief to build
to beyond the event.
01
Discovery & Brief
We learn the event context, the audience, the space constraints, and what the activation needs to achieve — for the brand, for sponsors, or for attendees. The brief defines success before we ideate.
02
Concept Development
Two to three activation concepts presented with rationale, estimated cost range, and a visual direction. We present options that span the feasibility spectrum so you can make an informed decision.
03
Design & Vendor Sourcing
Approved concept moves into detailed design and production planning. We source fabricators, printers, and technical vendors — and manage the entire supply chain so nothing falls on you.
04
Production & Installation
We oversee fabrication, coordinate delivery, and manage the on-site installation so it's ready before the event opens. Contingency planning is built in because events always have surprises.
05
On-Site Management & Capture
Day-of management of the activation plus photo and video capture throughout the event. You get the experience running smoothly and the content to prove it.
Common questions
Straight answers.
What types of activations do you produce?
Photo moments and experiential installations, sponsor lounges, branded games and interactive experiences, product demonstration setups, digital/tech activations (AR, touchscreen), and large-format environmental design. If it happens within an event space, we've likely built it.
How much does an activation cost?
Activations range from a few thousand dollars for a well-designed photo moment to six figures for a large-scale experiential install. Most event activations we produce fall in the $5,000–$40,000 range. We scope based on your goals and space, not a default package.
How far in advance do we need to start?
For most activations, 6–10 weeks is the minimum comfortable timeline. Complex fabrication or large-scale installs may need 12–16 weeks. Rush timelines are possible — but they cost more and carry more risk.
Can you work with our existing sponsor or vendor relationships?
Yes. If you have preferred vendors or existing sponsor assets we need to incorporate, we design around them. We're flexible on supply chain as long as quality and timeline commitments are met.
Do you handle permits or venue approvals?
We flag anything that typically requires venue approval — rigging, open flame, sound, structural installations — and manage the approval process where we can. Permits are the client's legal responsibility, but we know what questions to ask and what venues typically require.
What deliverables does the sponsor get?
Depends on the agreement, but typically: branded assets from content capture, a post-event activation report with engagement metrics and photos, and the physical installation (if applicable). We help structure the sponsor deliverable package during the brief phase.
