Why it matters

Most events underperform
because of underpromotion.

A great event with weak promotion still has empty seats. Registration doesn't happen passively — it requires consistent, multi-channel pressure over weeks. Most organizations rely on organic posts and a single email blast. Professional event promotion coordinates email, paid, and social into a campaign that builds from announcement through urgency and drives registrations at every stage.

What's included

Every channel.
One coordinated campaign.

01

Event Marketing Plan

The strategy that coordinates every channel into a single, timed campaign. We map the promotion window, define the audience, set the channel mix, and build the week-by-week calendar from announcement through day-of.

  • Promotional timeline & calendar
  • Audience targeting strategy
  • Channel mix & budget allocation
  • Key messages & event positioning
  • Registration & conversion goal setting

02

Email Campaigns

The highest-converting channel in event promotion — when it's done right. We write, design, and send the full email sequence: save-the-date, announcement, speaker/agenda reveals, last-chance, and day-of logistics.

  • Save-the-date & announcement emails
  • Speaker/agenda spotlight emails
  • Early-bird & deadline urgency emails
  • Logistics & day-of reminder
  • Post-event follow-up sequence

03

Paid Promotion

Targeted paid ads that put your event in front of the people most likely to attend. Meta, LinkedIn, Google — selected based on your audience and managed to registration cost targets, not just impressions.

  • Platform selection & audience targeting
  • Ad creative (copy + design)
  • Campaign setup & pixel configuration
  • Budget management & optimization
  • Weekly performance reporting

04

Social Content & Registration Page

Organic social content that builds anticipation — speaker spotlights, countdown posts, behind-the-scenes, and shareable assets. Plus a registration page designed to convert the traffic we're driving.

  • Pre-event social content calendar
  • Speaker & sponsor spotlight assets
  • Event countdown & teaser content
  • Registration page design & copy
  • Form setup & confirmation automation

Who we work with

Events where attendance
actually matters.

Conference & Summit Organizers

Multi-day events, speaker lineups, and a registration target that determines whether the event is viable. We build the marketing campaign that fills the seats — from early-bird through sellout.

Corporate Event & Town Hall Teams

Internal events, client appreciation, product launches, and leadership summits. High-stakes events where attendance and engagement matter and organic promotion alone isn't enough.

Nonprofits & Community Organizations

Galas, fundraisers, awareness events, and community gatherings where every ticket sold or donor who walks through the door directly affects the mission.

Our approach

Strategy-first.
Registration-obsessed.

Plan

Build the timeline first

Event promotion has hard deadlines — the event date. We work backward to map every campaign beat against the calendar, so nothing is rushed and nothing is late.

Audience

Know exactly who you're reaching

Different events have different audiences. We define the targeting precisely — by industry, title, geography, interest, behavior — before we spend a dollar on paid.

Launch

Multi-channel, coordinated

The channels that work for event promotion work better together. Email, paid, and social reinforcing the same message at the same time drives registration faster than any single channel alone.

Convert

Optimize to registrations

We track registrations, not just reach. Every campaign optimization decision is made against cost-per-registration, not vanity metrics.

How it works

From strategy to sold out
in five steps.

01

Event Discovery & Strategy

We learn the event: format, audience, goals, budget, and timeline. We build the marketing plan — channels, calendar, messaging, and registration targets — before anything is produced or launched.

02

Creative & Content Production

Email copy and design, ad creative, social content, and registration page — all produced against the strategy and approved before the campaign goes live.

03

Campaign Launch

Email sequence activated, paid campaigns live, social content scheduled. We launch coordinated across all channels so the announcement lands with weight.

04

Ongoing Management & Optimization

We monitor registration volume daily, optimize paid campaigns against cost-per-registration, adjust the email cadence based on open and click data, and escalate urgency as the event approaches.

05

Final Push & Day-Of

Last-chance campaigns, logistics emails, and day-of reminders coordinated to maximize show-up rate — because registered doesn't always mean attended.

Common questions

Straight answers.

How far in advance should we start promoting?

For most events, 6–10 weeks is the minimum. Larger conferences benefit from 3–6 months of promotion. The earlier we start, the more time we have to build awareness before the urgency kicks in. If you're coming to us with 3 weeks to go, we can still help — but we'll be honest about what's achievable.

Do you handle event ticketing platforms?

We can set up and configure Eventbrite, Hopin, Splash, or your preferred registration platform. We also design standalone registration pages that integrate with your CRM. We work with whatever platform fits your event format.

What's a realistic cost-per-registration for paid ads?

It varies by event type, audience, and ticket price. Free events typically run $5–15 per registration. Paid events with a professional B2B audience often run $20–50 per registration via LinkedIn. We'll give you a realistic estimate after we understand your audience.

Do you work with events outside Louisiana?

Our event production is based in the Gulf South, but our event marketing and promotion is fully remote and has driven attendance for events across the country.

Can you promote an event that's already sold out partway?

Yes — waitlist campaigns, social proof content, and FOMO-driven promotion to fill a waitlist that converts when cancellations happen or capacity expands. Sellouts are also a marketing asset for next year's event.

What if we already have some promotion going?

We can take over, supplement, or audit what's in place. We've stepped into in-progress campaigns before — we assess what's working and what we'd change before touching anything.
