Live streaming hero visual
Recommend: multi-camera production setup, live event broadcast control room, or on-stage streaming shotBring the room
to the internet.
Professional multi-camera live streaming for conferences, panels, concerts, and corporate events. We handle every technical detail — setup, switching, monitoring, and delivery — so your virtual audience gets a broadcast-quality experience and your team doesn't have to think about the tech.
Why it matters
Your virtual audience
deserves the full experience.
A shaky webcam stream tells your virtual audience they're an afterthought. Broadcast-quality production — switched multi-camera, calibrated audio, live graphics — tells them the opposite. Stream quality directly shapes how people perceive your brand, your event, and your organization. We build streams that make the virtual experience feel as intentional as the room.

What's included
Every piece of the
production, handled.
01
Stream Setup & Pre-Event Testing
We arrive early, configure every piece of equipment, and run a full technical rehearsal before your first attendee tunes in. Stream failures happen when setup is rushed — we eliminate that risk.
- On-site equipment setup
- Encoder & platform configuration
- Audio level calibration
- Full technical rehearsal
- Backup system testing
02
Multi-Camera Switching
A single locked-off camera feels like a security feed. Our multi-camera setup — main stage, wide, presenter close-up, and slides capture — gives the virtual audience a produced broadcast experience with live switching.
- 2–4 camera setup (event-size dependent)
- Live A/B roll switching
- Slides & screen capture integration
- Lower thirds & graphics
- Dedicated stream operator
03
Platform Integration
YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo, Zoom Webinar, custom RTMP — we configure the stream to go where your audience is and manage the technical integration so it just works.
- Platform selection & configuration
- Embed code for website integration
- Simultaneous multi-platform streaming
- Chat & Q&A moderation support
- Virtual attendee link distribution
04
Live Monitoring & Archive
Someone watching the stream the whole time — monitoring for drops, audio issues, and technical problems. Plus a clean recording delivered post-event for on-demand viewing, recap clips, and repurposing.
- Dedicated live monitor throughout event
- Technical issue response & recovery
- Full event recording (broadcast quality)
- Post-event archive delivery
- Clip-ready timestamp log
Who we work with
Events that need
to reach beyond the room.
Conference & Summit Organizers
You have a room of 200 but a community of 2,000. Live streaming extends your event's reach and creates a virtual ticket tier that pays for the production. We handle the technical production so your team handles the experience.
Corporate Events & All-Hands
Leadership announcements, quarterly all-hands, product launches, and training events for distributed teams. When your audience is in multiple cities or time zones, live streaming is how everyone gets the same experience.
Panels, Interviews & Content Creators
Live recorded conversations, expert panels, and fireside chats that are designed to live on as content after the live broadcast. We produce the stream and deliver the archive formatted for YouTube, podcast video, and social.
Our approach
Built for broadcast.
Not just broadcast.
Plan
Design for the virtual experience
In-person and virtual audiences have different needs. We design the stream production — cameras, graphics, pacing — for the person watching on a laptop, not just the person in the room.
Redundancy
Build backup into everything
Live streaming has no second takes. We build redundant systems — backup encoder, backup internet, backup audio path — so a single point of failure doesn't take down the stream.
Produce
Broadcast quality, not webcam quality
Switched multi-camera, calibrated audio, graphics, and a dedicated operator. The virtual audience deserves the same production quality as the room.
Archive
The stream is also content
The live broadcast becomes the on-demand recording, the YouTube upload, the podcast video, the highlight clip. We deliver it ready to use — not just a raw file.
How it works
From technical planning
to archive delivery.
01
Technical Planning
We review the venue, the event schedule, the platform requirements, and the production scope. We identify any technical risks — internet reliability, room acoustics, stage setup — and plan around them.
02
Equipment & Platform Setup
We arrive on-site for load-in, set up cameras, audio, encoding hardware, and graphics. We configure the streaming platform and run connectivity tests.
03
Technical Rehearsal
A full run-through before the event opens. Every camera angle checked, every audio source tested, backup systems verified. We don't go live without a rehearsal.
04
Live Production
Stream goes live. Dedicated operator managing camera switching, graphics, audio, and monitoring the output in real time. Any technical issue is caught and resolved before the audience notices.
05
Archive Delivery & Repurposing
Clean broadcast recording delivered post-event. Timestamped log of segments for easy clip creation. Delivered in web, social, and broadcast formats within 24–48 hours.
Common questions
Straight answers.
What happens if the venue internet goes down?
We build in redundancy — cellular backup and/or bonded connection depending on the event. A single internet drop shouldn't kill the stream. We scope the backup solution during technical planning.
What platforms can you stream to?
YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, Facebook Live, Vimeo Livestream, Zoom Webinar, Hopin, any RTMP-compatible platform, and your own website via embed. We can stream to multiple platforms simultaneously.
Can we have a virtual Q&A with the in-room audience?
Yes. We integrate virtual Q&A tools and can moderate chat or route virtual questions to a moderator in the room. Hybrid events are a significant part of what we do.
Do you provide internet if the venue doesn't have reliable connectivity?
We can provide cellular bonding solutions for events in venues with poor or unreliable internet. This is scoped as an add-on and priced based on the bandwidth requirements of your stream quality.
What quality is the stream?
1080p at minimum, 4K available. Audio is broadcast-grade — we don't use laptop mics or rely on venue house audio without proper signal flow. Your virtual audience hears and sees a professional broadcast.
Can we repurpose the recording for other content?
Yes, and we make it easy. Post-event delivery includes the full recording plus a timestamp log of segments — so pulling the keynote clip, the panel highlights, or the sponsor segment is a matter of minutes, not hours.
