Why it matters

Technical failures are
the most preventable kind.

Most event technical failures aren't surprises — they're the result of insufficient planning, untested equipment, and crew who don't know the venue. When the A/V fails, the agenda stops. The speaker loses the room. The stream cuts out. The technical production is invisible when it works and the only thing anyone remembers when it doesn't.

01

Technical Planning & Rider

Every successful event A/V starts with a technical plan — what equipment goes where, what the signal flow is, who is responsible for what. We develop the technical rider, review the venue, and identify every potential issue before load-in day.

  • Venue walkthrough & assessment
  • Technical rider development
  • Signal flow diagrams
  • Equipment manifest & staging plan
  • Vendor & venue coordination

02

Audio Production

Sound that fills the room without feedback, dead spots, or the engineer shrugging at the monitor. We provide the PA system, mixing console, microphones, and an engineer who knows how to make a keynote sound like a keynote.

  • PA system provision & tuning
  • Wireless & wired microphone systems
  • Monitor & in-ear systems
  • FOH audio engineering
  • Playback & broadcast audio routing

03

Video & Lighting

LED walls, projection, display screens, confidence monitors, and the lighting design that makes the stage look like something happened there. We design the technical look of the event, not just the gear list.

  • LED walls or projection systems
  • Confidence monitors & IMAG
  • Stage & architectural lighting design
  • Intelligent lighting programming
  • Video switching & playback

04

On-Site Crew & Technical Direction

Equipment without crew is just a rental. We provide the A/V crew for load-in, setup, rehearsal, event operation, and strike — with a technical director on-site to make decisions in real time when things don't go exactly to plan.

  • Load-in & setup crew
  • Rehearsal support
  • Event day operation
  • Technical direction & problem resolution
  • Strike & load-out

Who we work with

Every event format
has different technical requirements.

Conference & Multi-Session Event Organizers

Multiple rooms, multiple sessions, multiple technical setups running simultaneously. We staff and equip the full footprint — not just the main stage — so every session sounds and looks as intended.

Corporate Events & Product Launches

The event is a brand moment. The production quality reflects directly on the company. We deliver the technical experience that matches the ambition of the event, not the venue's in-house capabilities.

Concerts, Performances & Live Entertainment

Touring artists, local performances, and branded entertainment events. Live music A/V is a different discipline from conference A/V — we have crew with both competencies.

Our approach

Plan it. Provide it.
Operate it. Strike it.

Plan

No surprises on event day

Every technical issue on event day was predictable in advance. We do the planning that eliminates them — venue surveys, signal flow testing, equipment redundancy.

Provide

The right gear for the job

We spec equipment for the event, not from a default package. A 50-person boardroom and a 2,000-person ballroom need different solutions — we design both correctly.

Operate

Engineers who know events

Technical equipment run by people who understand event pacing, speaker dynamics, and how to adapt in real time when the schedule changes (and it always does).

Strike

Leave it like we found it

Clean load-out, venue walk-through, and gear account — every time. Your venue relationship is your asset and we treat it that way.

How it works

From brief to strike,
every step covered.

01

Scope & Technical Planning

We review the event brief, walk the venue (virtually or in person), and develop the technical plan — equipment, crew, signal flow, and timeline. We identify every technical variable before we quote.

02

Equipment Sourcing & Prep

Equipment is prepped, tested, and packed before it leaves the warehouse. We don't troubleshoot gear failures on-site if we can prevent them in prep.

03

Load-In & Setup

Crew on-site for load-in, rigging, cabling, and equipment setup. Every piece of gear gets positioned, connected, and tested before we call it ready.

04

Rehearsal & Sound Check

Full technical rehearsal with presenters, performers, and AV operators. We tune the system, set levels, run through every cue, and make sure every person on stage knows what to expect.

05

Event Operation & Strike

Full crew on-site for the event. Technical director monitoring and making real-time decisions. Clean strike and load-out on event close.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Do you work with the venue's existing A/V?

Sometimes. Hotel and venue in-house A/V varies enormously — some is excellent, some isn't. We'll give you an honest assessment of the venue's capabilities and recommend where to supplement or replace based on what the event requires.

What size events do you handle?

From 50-person boardroom events to 3,000-person conferences. We scale crew and equipment accordingly. Larger productions may involve additional vendor partners we manage on your behalf.

Do you do outdoor events?

Yes, with the right planning. Outdoor events require weather contingency, power planning, and PA systems designed for open-air environments. We've done large outdoor festivals and intimate outdoor ceremonies — the planning requirements are different.

What happens if something breaks during the event?

We bring redundant gear for critical systems — backup wireless microphones, backup signal paths, spare cables. Our technical director is empowered to make decisions and deploy backups without asking permission. Issues get resolved, not escalated.

Can you integrate with our live stream production?

Yes — and it's easier when we're running both A/V and streaming. Signal routing from the event audio and video into the stream encoder is part of our standard setup when we're handling both services.

Do you handle event lighting design?

Yes. Stage wash, intelligent lighting, gobo projection, uplighting, and architectural accents. We design the lighting look of the event alongside the audio and video so it's a cohesive technical production.
