Event social media hero visual
Recommend: on-site social producer filming keynote, real-time posting, event energyAmplify what's happening
in real time.
Live social media coverage during your event — real-time posting, stories, behind-the-scenes content, and audience engagement that extends the event's reach to the people who couldn't be in the room and keeps the people who are fully engaged.
Why it matters
Events happen once.
Social coverage extends them.
The energy inside the room is only half the opportunity. The other half is everyone who isn't there — following along, watching your feed, deciding whether your event is worth attending next time. Live social coverage is how you reach them. And it only works when someone dedicated is doing it in real time, not when your marketing manager is trying to juggle it between sessions.
More reach when events are covered live on social vs. post-event recap only
Average delay between event moment and post when a non-specialist handles social — we post in minutes
More attendee social sharing when a dedicated social team creates shareable content on-site
What's included
Before, during,
and after the event.
01
Pre-Event Social Strategy
Before we set foot at the venue, we plan the content: what to post, when to post it, which platforms to prioritize, what hashtags to build, and how to start generating buzz in the days before the event opens.
- Platform & audience strategy
- Pre-event content calendar
- Hashtag strategy & creation
- Speaker & sponsor spotlight content
- Countdown & teaser assets
02
Live Event Coverage
A dedicated social media producer on-site, capturing and posting in real time — keynote quotes, crowd moments, behind-the-scenes content, and the authentic energy of the event as it happens. No stock photos, no scheduled posts — real coverage, live.
- Real-time posting across platforms
- Live stories & story sequences
- Keynote & speaker quote graphics
- Behind-the-scenes & BTS content
- Attendee & speaker tag strategy
03
Stories & Reels Creation
Short-form video content created and published during the event — not edited in post. We capture, cut, and publish Reels and TikToks from inside the event so the content is live while the moment is still happening.
- Instagram & Facebook Stories
- Short-form Reels & TikToks
- Event atmosphere sequences
- Speaker soundbite clips
- Interactive stories (polls, Q&A)
04
Post-Event Recap Content
After the event closes, we deliver the summary content that extends the moment — a recap post, a highlight reel for social, and the organized content archive so your team has everything they need for the next month's posting calendar.
- Event recap post & carousel
- Short highlight reel (social cut)
- Full content archive & organization
- Performance report (reach, engagement)
- 30-day post-event content calendar
Who we work with
Events that need
coverage that shows up.
Conference & Summit Organizers
You're running an event that deserves to trend. We manage the social presence from pre-event buzz through live coverage and post-event recap — so your brand shows up professionally across every platform while you focus on running the event.
Brands Running Owned Events
Product launches, culture events, client experiences. When the event is a brand statement, the social coverage is how it reaches the people who weren't in the room. We make sure the content matches the production quality of the event itself.
Events with Sponsors or Speakers Who Need Coverage
Sponsors want social assets. Speakers want their moments captured and shared. We deliver both — tagging, crediting, and formatting content so every stakeholder gets what they came for.
Our approach
Planned before the day.
Fast during it.
Plan
Strategy before the day
Event social media fails when it's improvised. We plan the content strategy, the hashtags, the pre-event build, and the live coverage brief before we arrive.
Capture
Move at event speed
Events don't wait. A keynote quote needs to be posted while people are still in the room, not two hours later. We're fast and we know what's worth capturing in real time.
Create
Platform-native, not repurposed
What works on LinkedIn doesn't work on Instagram doesn't work on TikTok. We create content formatted for each platform, not one post pasted everywhere.
Archive
Content that outlasts the event
Everything captured during the event becomes an asset after it. We organize and deliver the full archive so your team has 30+ days of content to work with.
How it works
Five steps from kickoff
to content archive.
01
Pre-Event Strategy Session
We review the event, the brand, the audience, and the platforms. We build the content plan — hashtags, pre-event schedule, live coverage brief, and post-event recap plan — before we arrive on-site.
02
Pre-Event Content Production
Speaker spotlights, countdown graphics, and teaser content produced and scheduled for the days before the event to build anticipation and drive registrations.
03
Day-Of Live Coverage
Social producer on-site from first session to close. Real-time capturing, creating, and publishing across platforms. We attend every session that matters and capture the moments before they're gone.
04
Live Optimization
We monitor post performance during the event and adjust — if something lands well, we do more of it. If something isn't getting engagement, we shift the content type. Real-time data, real-time decisions.
05
Post-Event Delivery
Recap content, highlight reel, full content archive organized by platform and format, and a performance report covering reach, impressions, and engagement across the event.
Common questions
Straight answers.
Which platforms do you cover?
Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X — based on where your audience is and what the event content suits. We recommend platform prioritization during the strategy session and don't spread thin across platforms that won't perform.
Do you need access to our social accounts?
Yes — we'll need scheduling and publishing access for the event period. We use a secure hand-off protocol and remove access after the event closes.
How many posts can we expect during the event?
Depends on event length and format, but a typical full-day event generates 8–15 posts across platforms plus 10–20 story frames. Quality over quantity — we don't post filler to hit a number.
Can you coordinate with our speakers for tagging?
Yes. We collect speaker and sponsor handles in advance and tag them in relevant content. Most speakers and sponsors will reshare tagged content, which multiplies the reach of your coverage.
What if something happens that we don't want shared?
We brief with you in advance about content sensitivities — any sessions, moments, or attendees that shouldn't appear in public social coverage. Nothing goes out without awareness of what's on and off limits.
What do we get after the event?
Full content archive (all photos and video captured), the recap content assets, a platform performance report, and an organized folder structure so your team can pull anything they need for future use.
