Logo & brand identity hero visual
Recommend: brand mark in context, identity system spread, or editorial shot of design processIdentity that
shows up everywhere.
From the first logo concept to a complete brand system — we design the visual language that makes your brand instantly recognizable and reliably consistent across every platform, format, and context.
Why it matters
A logo is a system.
Not a file.
Most logos fail because they were designed as a single mark instead of a visual system. They look fine on a business card and fall apart on a website, a billboard, or a product. We design the full visual grammar — logo, color, type, and usage rules — so your brand holds up everywhere it needs to show up.

Logo concepts delivered in the first round, each with a distinct strategic direction
File formats delivered: SVG, PNG, PDF, EPS — for every use case forever
What's included
Four deliverables.
One complete identity.
01
Logo Design
Not just a mark — a visual argument for why your brand belongs in the market. We develop 3–5 distinct concepts, each grounded in the brand strategy, then refine the chosen direction to a final logomark, wordmark, and lockup system.
- Primary logo
- Wordmark & icon variations
- Color versions (full, reversed, mono)
- Clear space & sizing rules
02
Color System
Color does more strategic work than any other visual element. We build a complete palette — primary, secondary, and functional colors — with accessibility standards, usage rules, and hex/RGB/CMYK values for every application.
- Primary & secondary palette
- Functional color roles
- Accessibility compliance
- Digital & print specs
03
Typography System
Two to three typefaces that work together, with defined hierarchy rules for headlines, body copy, captions, and UI. We source typefaces that fit the brand personality and license appropriately for your use cases.
- Typeface selection & pairing
- Hierarchy scale (H1–body)
- Web & print licensing
- Usage guidelines
04
Brand Style Guide
Everything your team and vendors need to use the brand correctly — one document, no excuses. Covers logo usage, color, type, photography style, and common do's and don'ts.
- Complete brand system documentation
- Logo usage rules
- Photography & imagery direction
- Do/don't examples
Who we work with
Identity work for brands
at every stage.
New Brands
You have a name, a business, and maybe a rough mark from launch. Time to build an identity that actually reflects what you are and can grow with you.
Rebrands & Refreshes
The business has evolved but the brand hasn't. Whether it's a full rebrand or a modernization that preserves equity, we make it look intentional.
Product & Sub-Brand Launches
New product line, spinoff, or sub-brand that needs to live within the parent system while standing on its own.
Our approach
Strategy first.
System always.
Strategy-Led
Start with what's true
Every logo concept is grounded in the positioning work — not invented in a vacuum. Visual identity is an argument, and it has to be accurate.
Concept
Multiple directions, one brief
We develop 3–5 distinct visual directions so you can see the range of what's possible before committing to a path.
Refine
One direction, taken all the way
Once a direction is chosen, we refine it obsessively — spacing, weight, proportion — until the mark is right.
System
Build the system, not just the logo
A logo without a system is an incomplete brief. We build the full visual grammar that makes the logo usable everywhere.
How it works
Five steps from brief
to brand system.
01
Brand Audit & Alignment
We review any existing brand materials, align on the strategic direction, and establish what the new identity needs to achieve. If you completed brand strategy with us, this is fast. If not, we do a condensed version here.
02
Creative Brief & Moodboards
Before any logo concepts are drawn, we align on visual direction through moodboards and a written creative brief. This prevents surprise in round one and saves revision cycles.
03
Logo Concepts (Round 1)
3–5 distinct logo concepts presented with strategic rationale for each. Not variations on a theme — genuinely different directions, each with a case for why it fits.
04
Refinement & System Build
The chosen direction is refined to final. Then we build the full system — color, typography, usage rules — and begin the brand style guide.
05
Final Delivery
Complete asset library in every file format, the brand style guide, and a walkthrough session so your team knows how to use everything correctly.
Common questions
Straight answers.
Do we need brand strategy before logo design?
Ideally, yes. A logo designed without a strategic foundation tends to reflect opinions — what the founder likes, what looked cool — rather than insight about the market, the audience, and the differentiation. That said, for early-stage companies or tight timelines, we can do a condensed strategy sprint as part of the identity engagement.
How many concepts do we get?
Three to five in round one, each with a distinct strategic direction and rationale. We're not presenting variations of the same idea — these are genuinely different approaches. Once you choose a direction, revisions are included in the refinement phase.
What file formats are included in delivery?
All of them. SVG (vector source), PNG (web, transparent backgrounds), PDF (print-ready), EPS (for vendors). Every color version of every lockup. You'll never be in a situation where a vendor asks for a file format you don't have.
How long does a logo and brand identity project take?
Typically 4–6 weeks from creative brief to final delivery. Timeline depends on how quickly feedback rounds move and how many decision-makers are involved.
Can we see your portfolio before we start?
Absolutely — and you should. Visit our Work page or reach out and we'll send relevant case studies for your industry and scope.
What if we just need a logo refresh, not a full rebrand?
That's a common scope and a reasonable one. We can work at the level the brand needs — sometimes it's a full system overhaul, sometimes it's modernizing a mark while keeping the core equity. We'll scope it after we understand what exists and what's not working.
What else we do
Identity is just the beginning.
