See the film
before you shoot it.
Professional storyboarding and pre-visualization that aligns your team, gets stakeholder buy-in, and catches problems before they cost you a shoot day. Delivered digitally, anywhere.
Storyboard panel examples — replace with actual board samples
Why storyboard?
The cheapest insurance
you can buy before a shoot.
01
Catch problems before shoot day.
A shot that doesn't work on the board costs you nothing to change. The same problem discovered on set costs you time, crew, and sometimes the whole scene. Storyboards surface the issues when fixing them is free.
02
Get stakeholder buy-in before you spend.
Showing a client or executive a storyboard is infinitely more effective than describing a concept. Boards get sign-off, accelerate approvals, and eliminate the "that's not what I pictured" conversation after the edit.
03
Align your crew without a meeting.
Your director, DP, production designer, and 1st AD can all be working from the same visual reference from day one. No ambiguity, no conflicting interpretations — everyone knows the plan before they arrive.
What you get
Everything your team
needs to walk onto set.
Illustrated Storyboards
Shot-by-shot visual panels drawn to your script or brief. Each frame shows camera angle, framing, subject position, and key action — giving everyone on your team a shared visual reference before the shoot.
Delivered as numbered PDF panels and high-res PNGs
Shot List
A structured document that pairs every board panel with shot number, camera setup, lens, movement, and estimated duration. Your DP and 1st AD can run the shoot from this document alone.
Delivered as editable spreadsheet and PDF
Animatic
A timed, sequential video built from the storyboard panels — cut to music or temp audio. Animatics let you feel the edit before you shoot it, and they're the single most effective tool for getting stakeholder approval on a concept.
Delivered as MP4 timed to script or music
Director's Package
The complete pre-production reference document — storyboards, shot list, location notes, and director's vision notes combined into one shareable PDF. Everything your crew needs to walk onto set aligned.
Delivered as a single organized PDF package
Board samples
Boards built to be shot, not just looked at.
Every panel communicates framing, camera position, and key action clearly enough that your DP can set the shot from the board alone. These are production tools, not illustrations.
Action sequence
Dynamic framing, movement arrows
Dialogue scene
Coverage setup, eye-line matching
Product close-up
Detail framing, lighting direction
Aerial / establishing
Wide geography, movement arc

How it works remotely
From brief to boards. No meetings required.
We've built our process to work entirely online — fast, clear, and collaborative without the scheduling overhead.
01
Brief
You share your script, concept doc, references, or rough outline — whatever you have. We ask the right questions to understand tone, pacing, and the specific shots you need to capture. No in-person meeting required.
02
First boards
We develop the first pass of illustrated panels and share them via a secure link for review. You can comment frame-by-frame directly on the boards — no email chains or confusing feedback.
03
Revisions
We refine based on your notes. Camera angles adjusted, framing tightened, new panels added where the story needs them. Standard projects include two revision rounds.
04
Final package
Storyboard panels, shot list, and optional animatic delivered as organized, print-ready files. Formatted for your production workflow and ready to share with your entire team.
Who we work with
Any team. Any project size.
Ad agencies & creative teams
Concept approval, client presentations, and pre-production alignment before committing to a full shoot. We work to your campaign timelines and client presentation formats.
Brand & marketing teams
Internal stakeholder buy-in before production begins. Boards help brand managers communicate a creative vision to executives, legal, and other reviewers who don't think in shot lists.
Directors & producers
Pre-visualization for features, shorts, commercials, and branded content. We think in frames and understand production — these boards are built to be shot, not just to look good on a deck.
Corporate & training video teams
Script-to-screen planning for explainer videos, training content, and internal communications. We make the storyboarding process approachable for teams that don't have a film background.
Common questions
Everything you need to know.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Whatever you have — a finished script is ideal, but we regularly work from treatments, one-page briefs, shot descriptions, or even a reference video and a rough idea. The more context you share, the faster we move. If you're not sure where to start, just reach out and we'll guide you through the brief.
How does the remote process work?
Everything is handled digitally. You share your brief via email or a shared doc, we deliver boards through a secure online link, and you leave feedback by commenting directly on the panels. No in-person meetings needed — we work with clients anywhere.
What drawing style do the boards come in?
We work in a clear, functional illustration style focused on communicating framing, camera position, and action — not fine art. Boards can be more detailed for client-facing presentations or faster and looser for internal production planning. Let us know how the boards will be used and we'll calibrate accordingly.
How many revision rounds are included?
Standard projects include two revision rounds after the initial delivery. Additional rounds can be scoped in. We're clear about this upfront so there are no surprises.
Do you produce animatics?
Yes. An animatic is an optional add-on to any storyboard project — we sequence the panels into a timed video cut to temp audio or your chosen music. They're particularly valuable for agency presentations and complex sequences where pacing matters.
How long does storyboarding take?
A 30-second commercial typically takes 3–5 business days from brief to first boards. Feature sequences and longer-form projects take longer and are scoped individually. Rush turnarounds are available — flag your timeline when you get in touch.
Can you storyboard just part of a project?
Absolutely. Many clients need boards for only the complex sequences — an action scene, a product reveal, a choreographed opening — while simpler coverage they'll figure out on set. We're happy to storyboard as much or as little as is useful.
