How it works
From brief to delivered, simply.
01
Brief & Location Planning
We talk through your vision, review the location, check airspace, and identify the exact shots you need. No surprises on shoot day.
02
Shoot Day
Our FAA-licensed pilot and camera operator arrive ready. We handle safety, permits, and setup — you focus on the creative. We communicate every step.
03
Delivery
Same-day selects for time-sensitive projects. Fully edited sequences within 3–5 business days. All formats, all platforms, ready to use.
Our equipment
Cinema-grade gear.
On every shoot.
We fly professional cinema and broadcast platforms — not consumer drones. The difference shows up in the footage: sharper images, smoother motion, better low-light performance, and the reliability that high-stakes shoots demand.

Common questions
Everything you need to know.
Are your pilots FAA certified?
Yes. All of our drone operators hold FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates — the commercial drone license required by federal law. We carry documentation on every shoot.
Do you handle permits and airspace authorization?
We do. Before every shoot, we check airspace classifications, obtain LAANC authorization where required, and coordinate any location-specific permits. You don't need to worry about the regulatory side.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
We monitor conditions leading up to every shoot. If wind, rain, or visibility makes safe flight impossible, we reschedule at no charge. We won't fly unsafely to hit a deadline.
How fast is turnaround on footage?
Same-day selects are available for events and time-sensitive projects. Standard edited delivery is 3–5 business days. Rush delivery can be arranged — just let us know upfront.
Can we get the raw, unedited footage?
Yes. Raw footage delivery is available on request. We recommend at least a basic color grade before delivery, but we'll work with whatever your post-production workflow requires.
What does a typical aerial shoot cost?
Pricing depends on shoot length, location, deliverables, and crew needs. Half-day packages start at a few hundred dollars; complex multi-location productions are scoped individually. Contact us and we'll put together a quote within 24 hours.
