actively managed.
Strategy and execution for building, monitoring, and responding to online reviews across Google, Yelp, and industry platforms. More reviews, better ratings, and a response system that shows prospects you're paying attention.
Why it matters
Reviews close deals.
Or kill them.
Customers check your reviews before they call. Before they book. Before they buy. A weak rating, a pattern of ignored negative reviews, or a thin review profile doesn't just lose you customers — it loses you customers you never knew you were competing for. Review management isn't reputation cleanup. It's a revenue lever.
Of consumers say online reviews impact their purchasing decisions
Minimum star rating consumers require before engaging a business
Of customers form an opinion after reading just 1–3 reviews

Who we work with
Reputation management
for businesses that depend on it.
Local & Regional Businesses
Restaurants, healthcare practices, home services, retail, professional services. If local search and Google Maps are part of how customers find you, your review profile is a critical conversion asset.
Brands Recovering from Reputation Damage
A wave of negative reviews, a bad incident, or years of neglect can sink a rating that took years to build. We have a playbook for recovery — and it's not about hiding the negative, it's about earning back the positive.
Multi-Location Businesses
Managing review presence across 10, 50, or 500 locations requires a system, not just a team member checking Google every week. We build the infrastructure for multi-location reputation management.
Our approach
Systematic.
Proactive. Consistent.
Audit
Know where you stand
Before we generate anything, we understand the current state — ratings, volume, response gaps, and how you compare to competitors.
Generate
Ask systematically
The #1 reason businesses have too few reviews is they don't ask. We build a repeatable, on-brand ask that converts happy customers into reviewers.
Respond
Every review, every time
Response rate is a ranking signal and a trust signal. We make sure every review — positive or negative — gets a thoughtful, timely response.
Monitor
Never be surprised
Real-time monitoring means you know about a negative review before a potential customer does — and you can respond before it costs you.
How it works
From audit to ongoing
management in five steps.
01
Reputation Audit
We pull your current review data across every relevant platform, benchmark against competitors, and identify the gaps — in volume, in rating, in response — that are costing you customers.
02
Strategy & Workflow Design
We design the review generation workflow: where in the customer journey to ask, what channel (email, SMS, in-person), and what the ask looks like. We also set up the response system and monitoring infrastructure.
03
Template & System Build
Response templates written and approved. Review request sequences built and loaded into your tools. Monitoring alerts configured. Everything live before we call it done.
04
Launch & First-Month Management
We run the first month closely — managing responses, tracking new reviews, and adjusting the generation workflow based on early data.
05
Ongoing Management & Reporting
Monthly reporting, ongoing response management, and continuous optimization of the generation strategy. As review volume grows, we adapt to keep the velocity consistent.
Common questions
Straight answers.
Can you remove negative reviews?
We can flag reviews that violate platform policies for removal — fake reviews, spam, reviews from non-customers. We cannot and would not remove legitimate negative reviews. What we can do is respond to them in a way that shows future customers how you handle problems.
What platforms do you manage?
Google Business Profile (the most important), Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor (for hospitality), Healthgrades / Zocdoc (for healthcare), G2 / Capterra (for SaaS), and industry-specific platforms relevant to your business.
How do you generate more reviews without violating platform policies?
We ask — through properly timed, genuine outreach to real customers. We don't incentivize reviews, use review gating, or manufacture fake reviews. Platforms have gotten good at detecting manipulation, and the risk isn't worth it.
What's a realistic timeline to improve our rating?
With consistent review generation, most businesses see meaningful rating improvement in 60–90 days. Recovery from significant reputation damage takes longer — typically 6–12 months of sustained positive volume.
Do you respond to reviews in our voice?
Yes. We start by learning your brand voice and building templates that sound like your team. Every response is reviewed against your brand standards before it posts — or we can post directly if you prefer.
What's included in the monthly report?
New review volume by platform, average rating trend, response rate and time, competitor comparison, and any flagged reviews that need attention or escalation.
